Cancellation Policy
🌿 TheraTrition Booking Policy Scheduling All sessions must be booked in advance through the TheraTrition website or confirmed directly by email. You will receive a confirmation email with your session details once your booking is complete. 🌿 Rescheduling & Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the session fee. Missed sessions without notice (no-shows) will be charged at the full session rate. Technology Issues: If you experience internet or technical problems that prevent you from joining, please notify TheraTrition immediately. We will make every effort to reschedule, but repeated missed sessions due to tech issues may still be treated as late cancellations or no-shows. 🌿 Late Arrivals (Online Sessions) Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you join late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and may be charged in full. Please test your internet connection, audio, and video before your session to avoid delays. Payments Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session. For multi-week programs, payment must be made in full before the first session unless otherwise arranged. Refunds Single sessions are non-refundable once completed. Program packages (4-Week or 12-Week) are non-refundable after the first session has been delivered. In the event of illness or emergency, credit may be applied toward future sessions at TheraTrition’s discretion.
